Don’t buy this ring
They ask for payment details then the app is stuck on sync data page. Deleted and reinstalled on other iphone and same issue. Once you use an email to sign up and the pairing is lost before completion its impossible to setup the ring using thay same email. Problem is you cant use a new email to start again because they have your card details then. Pathetic

Can’t contact support
The support links and virtual chat bot do not work. Same for their website. There’s no way to contact them for exchange or return from Australia. It is a scam.

I have filed a service request via mail on 3Jan but got no response so far
The Oura 3 ring sometimes (I have experienced this issue for around 5 to 6 times now, after using it for 3 weeks), cannot sync with the app, it can be fixed only by connecting to the charger.
Starting from around 1st Jan, the charger stop charging the Oura 3 ring at around 68 to 69% (different each time).....it is really annoying that the ring cannot be 100% fully charged, now I need to charge the ring everyday.
I have read all the FAQ/trouble shootings but not able to find any related solution, please help !!!!

I'm using iPhone XR, with iOS version 15.1.
Oura App version: 4.0.5
Oura 3 firmware: 2.6.4
