User friendly Interface
I have been using mobile banking apps by other banks as well but this particular app. is really impressive in terms of ease of use and conducting smooth transactions.

Update contact details function isn’t working. When customer service called their response was to fly to Pakistan and visit local branch to update details. Damn you want me to fly and visit Pak? Than why you included update contact details option in app? Why?
