I got this apps not long ago but didn’t really looking into it. Just found out so many special offer messages in it. Of course I missed a lot of offers. Even today 23/6 around 15-15:30pm I did shop a lot of steaks and food in’ food le parc ‘at Westland road, at least three transactions in order to get several $10 coupons. I didn’t know that there was an offer for a free Lee Kam Kee Oyster sauce. So next time i wl be a smart customer 🤣

所謂優惠，好似最初買滿$100，就有$10扣減優惠。買滿$200，有$20扣減優惠，結果我買咗幾次$200多-$300物品，只有一次$10扣減。其他所謂優惠，限期前三、四日已經無清。問收銀員點解咁快就派清優惠？仲要俾收銀員話到面懵懵：「你應該第一日有優惠就嚟買，晏啲都派哂！無喇！」。
都黐缐嘅！為咗少少優惠，就要限時限刻去買嘢，都要有時間得閒才可以去到。購物要俾錢買嘅，唔想送優惠，何必大事宣傳。優惠期仲有三、四日才到限期，已經話派哂優惠。仲衰過丐乞求施捨，要一早去排隊才有機會攞到。唔要就吧！反正要買到合理價錢嘅貨物，通街都有。只不過某些商店有優惠，對於基層小市民來說，未嘗是一種吸引而矣！到超市購物嘅顧客，一般都順道買一大堆可用物品(未必必需品)，可能仲使多咗無謂錢。所以假如自己無時間去排頭天攞優惠，就唔好要優惠算。反正去一些商店購物，仲平過有𠹺所謂優惠嘅超市。

It’s a great initiative to switch to digital receipts but almost every time I need to check my receipt upon just checking out my groceries, the app asks to be updated forcibly. The user experience doesn’t make sense. I can’t check my receipt until I get back home, connect to WIFI and upgrade the app. What if something is wrong and I will have to go back to the store again? It forces me to ask for a hard copy receipt at the check-out rather than check the digital one on my phone beacuse I simply can’t due to the forced upgrade.

The “Update” pop up appears from time to time when I open the app for payments. It requests (not informs) me to upgrade so that I can know more about promotion items. The stupid thing is that you can not escape from the update screen until you comply. Embarrassing enough that people waiting in line at the cashier all looking at me at the same time.

I even call your customer service left message with the girl in charge of calls. Never heard back! Worst App I have used ever! Regularly kicked you out so you would find yourself stuck in the payment queue just to re-login.... Can't not reset the password with mobile number because there is a bug there says you haven't put int your mobile number yet. Very funny, then what's the 8 digits I put there? Does it read "fool App" to you?!
