Delay the pop up of banner

Please disable or delay the pop up of banner after tapping on member’s QR code as it hinders users from scanning the QR code when check out. That would definitely have an impact on the speed of check out especially when there’re a long line of customers who are waiting to pay up. If you insist on promoting your banner, please pop up a couple of seconds later allowing users to at least scan members’ QR code first. Thank you so much and really appreciated it.

I was checking out in a parknshop and looking to redeem a coupon on the app. But I waited for almost 20 minutes and the app still couldn’t open. I had tried my own network connection and my sister’s connection. Both didn’t work. There was no wifi in the store. And then the self serve cashier machine times out and we had to scan the items all over again! At the end we couldn’t use any coupons. Even when we got home and connect to wifi, i still couldn’t access to the app. This is very bad user experience!

Not working

I just downloaded the app and activated Face ID to log in. Each time I opened the app after closing it, the message would come on and indicated that Face ID feature has expired. I am required to type in my pwd and set up the Face ID again. I am stuck in an infinite loop. There is a major issue with this app with iPhone.

Failed to open up after using the app for more than 4 years

The app became faulty starting around 1st September. The app can’t operate and the screen appeared only after 1 second and disappeared, even after clicking it multiple times. Keep appear and gone. Deleted the app and re-download it from AppStore, still couldn’t help. Bring it to local Park and shop store admin also can’t really provide assistance. Please fix it! I still have a lot of points stored in my account.

Fantastic apps

I got this apps not long ago but didn’t really looking into it. Just found out so many special offer messages in it. Of course I missed a lot of offers. Even today 23/6 around 15-15:30pm I did shop a lot of steaks and food in’ food le parc ‘at Westland road, at least three transactions in order to get several $10 coupons. I didn’t know that there was an offer for a free Lee Kam Kee Oyster sauce. So next time i wl be a smart customer 🤣

Please stop forced update

It’s a great initiative to switch to digital receipts but almost every time I need to check my receipt upon just checking out my groceries, the app asks to be updated forcibly. The user experience doesn’t make sense. I can’t check my receipt until I get back home, connect to WIFI and upgrade the app. What if something is wrong and I will have to go back to the store again? It forces me to ask for a hard copy receipt at the check-out rather than check the digital one on my phone beacuse I simply can’t due to the forced upgrade.

I have just downloaded this app on 30 Nov and found that there are few pages doesn’t support iPhone 12 mini causing the back button (top-left hand side) cannot be clicked. Couldn’t login whenever the IOS is updated. Took a long time trying to login but no response. Annoying! Also it seems doesn’t want you to post negative feedback here as it says “nickname has been taken” all the time!

I have a problem to merge the account, I mailed to them via the app 3 times and no response at all, called the service line and all are playback, when I’m able to choose the function to talk to the support in person, the call keep waiting and finally cut my line ! What a rubbish service.

Not so convenient due to every hard holder registration

I don’t know why this app doesn’t allow a family registration while we have three cards for one account, or person to register on two or more advices. Everyone in my family has to provide his/her personal information to register for a separate account. App from the other retailer allows to do that.

Nasty apps

The “Update” pop up appears from time to time when I open the app for payments. It requests (not informs) me to upgrade so that I can know more about promotion items. The stupid thing is that you can not escape from the update screen until you comply. Embarrassing enough that people waiting in line at the cashier all looking at me at the same time.

Your app and system have so many bugs, it is no user friendly at all. I tried to register with you and can never get your sms to verify. I even call your customer service left message with the girl in charge of calls. Never heard back! Not listening to your customers and denied there are problem with your system is not going to help your customer.

Fix the Link Card Function!

Cannot link my ParknShop card after trying all means. I send a message to via the web-page form but did not hear from the customer service for three days. This couldn't happen in the 21st century. Really bad app, bad customer service.

Worst App I have used ever! Regularly kicked you out so you would find yourself stuck in the payment queue just to re-login.... Can't not reset the password with mobile number because there is a bug there says you haven't put int your mobile number yet. Very funny, then what's the 8 digits I put there? Does it read "fool App" to you?!
