以前的版本更方便用家
更新後不能看到療程的日數進度，以前的版本可以顯示療程的日數，更詳盡更貼心

更新後App更不方便使用了...
本來in-app可以count用到第幾set牙套，更換牙套後滑動按鈕即可紀錄並會即時提醒你拍照紀錄進程，更新後變成要自行輸入，亦無拍照紀錄的提示... 更新後整個app都是錯別字，不明白更新的用意...

Useless updates
Shouldn’t the update be about smoother and more convenient services? The updated functionality was elusive, completely different, and very choppy and wouldn't open the page I wanted. Even though I'm sure my network is smooth, the app keeps loading.

越改越壞 1星送給沒事找事做的UI設計師
我由一開始用得很好，改到要外接網頁登入，再改到次次滑動更新牙套都在換得後一天先出現，要手動更改，再改到現在直接手動更新日期黑幕沒法改日子，我真的只想記一下日子而已😡

Zenyum asked customers to use the app to track their process. I have done my treatment and waiting for my retainer. But the app still keep pushing me to switch to the next aligner, when I click “contact” for help, I waited for so long but no one respond. I have deleted the app now. Apart from that, zenyum keep sending me ads anywhere else whenever I used the App. I like their treatment , it is effective and very efficient. But for their apps, it is very disappointing... I rather they do not send automatic messages which aren’t helpful at all.
