Route planning fails in the app
I have recently bought the Bryton 500, and I thought with the GPS function I would be able to use navigation. I found that the route planning function in this app is non existent in the app, showing a blank screen at the “Plan Trip” section. I am completely disappointed with Bryton

Cannot sync
After updating to lastest version, not able to sync the new record from 420 to app. But the record shown in web version Bryson active

為何不能通過手機App更新420的firmware ?
每次App下載到99%就卡死了，加上我車子再外加一個測速sensor ，得出數據都亂套了，最高時速去到90km/h，我肯定沒有那麼快！
還有通過Bryton的官方App下載數據，在晚上經常連不上，早上才比較容易，為什麼？

Using iPad mini 5 to manage rider 420. Unfortunately, it is impossible to import GPX files via iPad /iCloud storage. Hope to fix it in future version apps.

Cannot sync my data and cannot set the map
I have done all things on the instruction page but it still cannot sync my data with strava? Apart from that I cannot even search a place or choose a place to plan my journey! Disappointed T.T

Any app update to support Rider 405?

用藍芽連結手機後程式卻表示未連接
當我用藍芽和Bryton rider 10用藍芽連結後，程式卻顯示沒有裝置連接了手機，而碼表和手機中設定介面卻顯示已連接藍芽。
試十次也許會有一次是成功。
另外當我解除連線後，rider 10卻顯示仍然連結了手機(在碼錶下方的小圖像)

Cannot comment apps
I just buy a new Bryton and frost use this app as but cannot connect facebook account or Strava account. Bryton apps said our fb account or strava account do not exist but I had existing accounts on both
Min is iPhone 11 under iOS 13.1.2
