Serious problem of video loading
I spent 2 hrs editing the video, but all the sudden 2/3 of imported video disappeared, even undo cannot recover. And video always failed to load. I gave it a try for the past week, and it happens all the time, just a waste of effort.

We cannot edit photos and videos from the phone’s album, which greatly reduces editing flexibility and limits the content. Common functions not working
The app does not go well with ios. I have 250gb+ space and export keeps crashing. A 30mins recording crashed. Unreliable app. Sure I can work around but it beats the purpose. Support doesn’t answer you. I suggest a reconsideration before purchase.

The date time stamp is a mess
The date time stamp in my Go2 is right when it’s viewing on the app However the date and time isn’t correct after downloading to my iPhone Is there any way to get rid of this?
One of the most important thing is the date and time of the memories have been made, as well as the geometric data.

The wireless connectivity of this APP is far better than the one I use for Keymission360
Why iPad APP not running in Landscape mode instead of Portrait? I think most iPad PRO user likes me the keyboard cover which is not able to be in portrait mode. It would be perfect if landscape mode is provided. I prefer to use bigger screen and more powerful iPad PRO for editing instead of my iPhone.

No personal security if you are using insta 360 one R
If you turn on the camera insta 360 one R, the WiFi function will only be ON, the WiFi name is easy to be found, and the password is too simple; the most terrible case if the other guys has already install this app, the password will be shown automatically. That means everyone can search and get into your camera easily while the camera is turned ON. It is not a toys, it is a totally personal item, why this happens.
I can’t believe that I cannot shut down the WiFi, cannot change the password setting, maybe I need to check if other guy is looking at me and my camera, and turn off the camera immediately after usage.
Please update the firmware, or please recall ASAP.

Good app but rubbish safeguard lens. DON’T BUY THE SAFEGUARD LENS
This app is good for connecting to my new one R for viewing photos and videos.
However, I found the safeguard lens for 360 camera so DISAPPOINTING. The safeguard lens prevents me from sweeping from the leftmost to the right for reviewing the photos/videos on the camera with the lens.
Insta360 PLEASE UPDATE THE SYSTEM OR WHATEVER TO ALLOW USER TO SWEEP TO THE VIEWING MODE WITH THE LENS.
