Connection problem
I use iPhone and the IOS version of the App need some fixing.
1) the App is unable to control or recognize the earbuds.
The earbuds only shows up in the App after the initial pairing but when I use it again, the earbuds register disappeared.
2) the earbuds keep disconnecting even though it is fully charged.
I am not sure if this is a compatibility issue or not but it needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

Device destroyed by a firmware update
A good product becomes a piece of rubbish after a firmware update. Technical support said they are not able to help and the product is unsalvageable. How absurd it is!

I was amazed at the quality of the product that has way exceeded my expectations.
Design was simplistic and practical (when compared to leading brands that attempt to over complicate usage with myriad of functions and not to mention the price premium!)
Sound quality: Crystal

Really nice design & Sound quality
Frankly, to my surprise this HK made product just blown my head away in Xmas eve
Not only did the sound quality (esp bass) shocks me, the transparent design & interior boxing placement are superb in every aspect!!
BTW, the sliding ups & downs for sound volume is a cutting edge!
** Recommendation:
Prefer to tab once to end my phone call instead of double tabs
Double tabs for next song or previous song
Looking forward to yr next generation next year ;-)
