用App 去到最後付款階段，入好信用卡 sms 的付款code後顯示支付失敗。及後再用不同信用卡付款，每張都顯示支付失敗，然後版面失靈，版面上的鍵全沒反應，但計時器繼續倒數，直到00:00然後趕人走，垃圾系統！

康樂及文化事務署 (康文署) 於2022年12月推出城市售票網全新票務系統。該系統由天津貓眼微影科技有限公司為康文署因應用家需要而開發，以及提供營運服務。新系統具備更大容量，可更有效處理熱賣節目的購票需求，並提供更多便捷的購票功能，包括支援多種電子支付方式等。

The new Urbtix app has long been under development. While it is an improvement of the previously outdated infrastructure and moving into a cloud based solution, I am astonished by the lack of UAT prior to its deployment into production, resulting in a huge amount of bugs upon go live. The UI is also clunky to use, resulting in multiple more steps being undertaken to complete an order, and lack of clear information on the event programme which was easily accessible in the previous version. I expect a lot of improvements in the coming months to fix its shortcomings, because there are currently too many to mention.
