Keep on unknown issue
The app keep poping up unknown issue and cannot control the light, not even turn on/off. please help to fix it

Don’t expect too much from new app
People said old app is better is real genius and very true.
- Design of new app need u to click several times before adjusting the color of preference , while old app just 1 click + scroll + choose + confirm
- wiz app performance is sometimes not consistent, in case QR code invitation doesn’t work , wait 1-2 hour . Reconnect again , it works even error message prompt u QR code failed 🤷🏻♂️

When can you fix the remote controller issues?
It has been over months since you first found the problems, personally suggest you perform a downgrade rather upgrade, if you cant do the job right

Can’t control my lamp fully
My lamp has two sets of lights that can be controlled separately and set to two different colors at the same time. However, this app can only control the lamp as a whole, with both sets of lights limited to a single color.
I hope this can be fixed.

Cannot create multiple scene in the same room
Self-explanatory. I purchased Wiz controls and had been pretty unhappy that a control must toe to a single room. Now I cannot create multiple scenes (always saying unknown error please try again). This means, even there are four buttons on the control, I can only use one.

Cannot control Qivation
What’s the meaning of upgrading to this app if it cannot control nor even connect to the device?
The app always say my Qivation is offline so I cannot do anything on it. I have set a shortcut to control the Qivation but it always say cannot connect to Wiz cloud server. I don’t know why controlling a local device will need to connect to a cloud server? It’s just ridiculous.

Cannot login for over a month
I used it for a while, it was useful and nicer looking than v1 app, until I suddenly got logged out of my Apple account, that connects all of my homes and lights. Reached to the CS, they told me to use the v1 app, and since then i am still not able to log in neither my Apple and Google account on this v2 app.
