Suspend ac for a stupid reason, using my pc to try to restore my ac, it said it need to use the iPhone app to continue, then I switch to my phone, and it said please continue on PC, I just keep looping for an hour🤮🤮🤮WTF?!?!?!
Finally I’m able to chat with a real person(maybe), they want all my information from my Alipay and Taobao, way more than any Bank in Hong Kong, serious??? I just wanna check out the price of one single product!!!

Contact Customer support n always asked me to logout uninstall etc but never answer my questions which I raised for 10+ times: was I the only customer suffering this or it is Taoboao network issue.

I recently got an iPhone 12 and am not able to hit ‘back’ button at certain pages, eg at other users profile (page that shows the reviews the user has written). The ‘back’ button is overlapped with the iPhone ‘clock’ on the top left. The ‘. . .’ Menu is also overlapped with the battery on the top right. I have to force close the app.

I made an account using my phone number which is binded to ali pay. But when I tried confirming my orders for the first time, it was under protection. I contacted the support but they cannot do anything to fix it and was told to make another account! So I uninstalled it as I only have one phone number existing with ali pay. I cannot deactivate or delete the account either due to that mentioned problem. 😒

There are so many foreigners not only living in China but also in other places who can not read Chinese but like to buy things on Taobao.
It‘s very annoying to either have to ask somebody with Chinese knowledge for assistance or to waste time by myself with translation software.
Jack Ma should have the understanding and Alibaba has the resources to simply make an English GUI available.
It‘s a shame not having such language option - or is there a deeper reason behind?

It’s getting extremely frustrated when you wrote a a comment to a particular product, the shop keeper which dislike your comment, they tried so hard to harass you by messaging you thru Taobao app, sms, n phone calls, even if u block them n they will still use different to call you and ask you to remove your comment. And even tried to bribe you to give you certain amount amount of money or full amount back to you, to remove what you have wrote. It’s very annoying. And Taobao doesn’t have a button for buyer to lodge complain to the shop keepers. There is much to improve.

After you’ve tried GMart Korean online store you will find taobao is sooooooooooo much more user friendly, ultra fast response, the app is easy to use, too many items in the store for you to choose from, you can easily spend the whole day!
After you bought the whole house full of stuffs, you found that they costed only a fraction of the other store. The logistic is amazingly cheap and fast.
Now surfing in taobao is my best pastime!
