Some experiences in life are so painful, they cause deep and lasting suffering. That suffering is what we call “trauma”. Many people want to help others heal from their suffering, but don’t know where to start.
The THI Mobile App provides a safe and effective starting point for those wanting to help. This app contains a small group audio program for facilitated group discussions around 6 lessons that take someone on a journey towards healing. The lesson topics include heart wounds, listening, grieving, suffering, taking our pain to the cross, and forgiveness. Each lesson includes listening to a Bible story, group discussion questions, an engaging activity, and a time for personal reflection. The program blends together mental health best practices and engagement with God through the Bible. To access the program and begin leading small groups, a user must first pass the Audio Healing Group Leader video-based training.
