Developed by world-class freedivers, the Molchanovs App is your gateway to mastering breathing and freediving skills — whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique.
Explore a growing catalog of guided programs covering a wide range of topics, from foundational breathing exercises to advanced freediving techniques. Designed for all levels, each program is created to help you build confidence, increase performance, and stay connected to the global freediving community.

The Molchanov offers both free and premium training content for freediving students.
▶ Subscription Details:
To access advanced Base Training+ (BT+) programs, users must activate a subscription. These programs include:
- Structured workout and breathing plans
- Instructional videos and tutorials
▶ Subscription Plans:
- Monthly Plan
- Annual Plan
(All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial)
▶ Additional Info:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Added a piece-by-piece purchase of access to programs
▶ The new version 2.0.11 adds a piece-by-piece purchase of access to programs. A purchase will be applied to your Apple ID upon confirmation. This is a one-time purchase and will not renew automatically.
All previously purchased subscriptions remain valid and can be renewed.
At the moment, it is not possible to issue a new subscription, only a one-time purchase is available.
