KaView is a code reader and lightweight editor for your iPad and iPhone. Clone any GitHub repository — a course, a tutorial, your own project — and read it offline, anywhere, with a local AI assistant that explains the code when you need it.
Ideal for learning on the go: open a course that mixes markdown lessons and Python code, read it like a book, and ask the AI to explain a snippet or a concept — without internet, without sending anything to the cloud.

Clean markdown rendering side by side with syntax-highlighted source code. Browse the repository tree as if you were flipping through chapters. Works offline once the repo is cloned.

On iPads and iPhones compatible with Apple Intelligence, a local assistant explains code, clarifies concepts, and answers your questions — 100% on your device, no cloud, no account, no internet required. On older devices, KaView still works as a reader, editor, and GitHub client.

Full CodeMirror 6 editor with syntax highlighting for dozens of languages. Fix a typo, add a note, drop a TODO — your work syncs with GitHub as soon as you're back online.
• Full GitHub workflow
Sign in with your GitHub account, list repositories where you've installed the “KaliraCode” GitHub app, clone them, edit, commit, and push — all without leaving the app.
• Zero data collection
No analytics. No tracking. No account (other than your own GitHub, which you control). We don’t see your code because nothing leaves your device.
• Designed for iPad
Split View, Stage Manager, hardware keyboards, and an interface that respects iPadOS.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap “Sign in with GitHub” and enter the short code on github.com
2. Choose a repository from those where you installed the KaliraCode app
3. Clone it — the code is downloaded into your iPad’s local sandbox, readable offline
4. Read, learn, ask the AI (iOS 26+), commit your notes, push when you’re back online

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

REQUIREMENTS
• iPad or iPhone with iOS 18.0 or later (reader + editor + GitHub)
• iOS 26.0 with Apple Intelligence enabled (for the AI assistant)
• Recommended: Apple Silicon iPad (M-series) for better AI performance
