What is the world that your guy don’t give a close button for the user to close the button of the sms free selling page which I can’t close it .
This is ridiculous since I can’t found any alarm when I first download this app and can’t found any notifications or messages about user need to FORCE to buy this plan.

输入手机号和邮箱，并且正确输入邮箱的验证码后，直接跳到了短信费的界面，界面上只有帮助和支付两个功能，没有看到任何退出该页面的地方，重启应用也是一样。
重新卸载后，也没有找到旧的扫码登入的入口。
账号在另外一部手机登入着，新手机一点也用不到。

I haven't been receiving any notifications for a week! I finally got one at 6 PM HKT, only for them to stop working completely again. Even updating the app to the latest version hasn't fixed this annoying issue.

Cannot receive SMS
I've enabled two-factor authentication and registered an email address, but I'm still not receiving SMS messages or voice codes to log in. My phone number is no longer valid. I am not logged into my Telegram account on another phone or on another app made by this company.

It won’t allow me to terminate old sessions!
Telegram doesn’t work two days ago and I reinstalled the app and it show there are two sessions connected to my phone, now I cannot receive notification anymore just because I didn’t log out before I deleted the app. So frustrating! Basically telegram is a good app, but when it comes to phone calls… it just keep shutting u down in every 10seconds. It’s NOT about the data/ wifi signal, it happens usually after an-hour’s talk :( this is frustrating

Serious privacy issue
Telegram is still able to record my voice (randomly without me clicking) even with the microphone permission disabled. When I press the record button it prompts the permission setting which means I have disabled the permission correctly. I’ve sent a few messages regarding this but there is no response whatsoever from the support.

I’ve been using telegram for a few years but the other day there’s a major issue that bothers me a lot that all the photos, video or recordings I send takes millions years to finishing loading. That results in a 5 minutes or more delay of every message I send. Sometimes the message trying to send out even stopped loading I gotta resend and resend each of the messages again.

Suggest separating group messages and individual messages
I have been using telegram for years. Overall, it is very satisfying. Until in recent months, I found a minor issue. More and more hk people use it, especially because of its outstanding features of chat groups and channels. Therefore, I found that individual chat rooms are always washed away by the ever-updating groups and channel.
So I have a suggestion, which can been seen in many other similar apps. That’s a separation of individual messages from group and channel messages.

Phone number got banned for no reason, no reply from Login Help.
Telegram is a good social app, but my phone number got banned for no reason. I cannot login to my account. Then I sent messages to the Telegram Login Help to help unban my phone number. Cannot download file to iBook or Adobe after updating the latest version!!!
After pressing the download button, the page will change to iBook page, but there is no new file in iBook.
I tried many files and already rebooted my iPad. The problem is still exist.
Added to that, I tried to save in Adobe reader, the warning said that the file path is incorrect.
Telegram is a 5 stars app before that I can use on both iPad and iPhone. But how come the downloading function disappear? Waiting for the new version to solve this problem!

Supper annoying bug!
Was a big fan of telegram, and was promoting this app to my friends, colleagues and made the whole office use this app as a company chat.
However! This SUPER annoying thing: when new messages are received in muted chats the notification counter is still shown as it would be a new message. Each time I spending time to find out, where the new message coming from... supper disappointed. The most annoying is that so many users are facing this this problem (just google the topic) and Telegram is doing nothing about it and even not patching this annoying bug!

Chat background always turn back to Default
After the app update, even if I choose my own photo as the chat background, it would automatically turn back to Default every time I close and reopen the app. Please do something about this.

Generally a great app, but...
Telegram is a great app and I use it far more than all other messaging app. However, there is one bug that really does need fixing... It keeps losing messages in group chat, a few hours worth of messages could go blank until someone has replied to a thread originated at that time, then those messages would start appear sporadically. Please fix this!

Messages only have time, NO dates?
Scrolling back to check important messages and corresponding date and time has been impossible because date is NOT THERE.
Or have I overlook any settings?????
Also, not every pressing on every notification can lead to the exact chat room..... and then that is missed or disappeared among the chat rooms ocean. Never been able to be found or searched...

Why change to Saved message
Telegram is good. However, the latest version changed the message for own self to Saves
Messages that the icon changed from self icon to S. It’s not helping to find own message. Can change back to show self icon?

Can't open the app suddenly
It's the second time that I can't open the app suddenly! The app needed to be deleted and reinstall so that it can be used again.
The second problem is that I heard from my fds that telegram can't be set password! If does the app can't be opened either.
I love the idea of this app and really want these to be solved.

Follow the “text size” set in phone
Telegram is the only app that is not following the text size setting in phone and keep its default layout and text size.
It would be a better app if it could simply adjust its text size or follow the setting set in phone to make it more coherent with the phone and app experience.
