Travelling with FlixBus and FlixTrain is easy! Just download the free app and give it a try. For bookworms who’d like more details, here are some tips to get you started.
BOOKING
Choose your desired connection, enter your passenger information, choose your preferred payment method, and pay for your ticket. The advantages of booking through the app:
- Your app is your ticket - no need to print anything
- You have access to special offers only available through the app
INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP
You can access your trip information and ticket anytime and follow the location of your bus or train easily. Let the app guide you to your stop.
Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the trip, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won’t miss any information. Very important: don’t forget to allow push notifications!
LUGGAGE
Every ticket includes 1 free handbag on board and 1 free suitcase/travel bag. Unlike flights or other means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more luggage with you on the bus or train by purchasing additional luggage. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers and train staff are happy to help you stow them away. You can find more information concerning rules and costs in our FAQs.
COMFORT ON BOARD
With FlixBus, you are guaranteed a seat with a comfortable and adjustable backrest, extra legroom, and, of course, we have toilets on board. During the trip, you can use our free Wi-Fi and buy some snacks and drinks from our drivers.
With every FlixTrain ticket, you are guaranteed a seat free of charge, private power outlets, toilets on board and a high-speed ride to your destination!

FlixBus 線路選擇頗多、相當之便捷

Cheap ticket but might costs you more
It was my first time to Europe. Like the others, i booked Flixbus to travel across the countries. But I do want to complaint with the bus service. Please take a look before your booking.
1. Super delay
The bus always delay and affects my journey. The bus tracking function has delayed in time. It always react late, most of time, it showed the bus arrive but in fact the bus has departed already. On average, delay 30mins is very often thing. Sometimes, the bus driver want to chase back the schedule and point 2 happens.
2. No support from the company
I cannot get help if there are issue happens. And not able to make refund or cancellation due to their fault. As above mentioned, the bus schedule always delay. Once, the bus driver skipped the stop and l cannot get on the bus. This is a HUGE problem which affects check in time and costs me extra money for late Check in and rearrange my journey. I have to buy another ticket and take bolt to another bus station for taking another bus. Sadly, there are no supports or refund made by this bus company. That’s is unacceptable.
3. Poor location statement
I followed the address that stated in the apps. But most of the time, I need to find the “green bus” instead of waiting in the bus station. The address that provided is a roughly location. Sometimes, you cannot find the Flixbus stop in the stated address. Thus, I usually go to the station an hour before departure. (But still, I missed the bus once even I am in the bus station 🤒)
4. Poor facilities.
(A) It claimed the free WiFi network provided but I never get a smooth access to the net. My phone showed no network provided when I connected.
(B) Dirty and hot condition
The bus is super hot. The air conditioner doesn’t worked. I booked the service around 15 times. Only a few times (2-3) can feel wind from the air conditioner. If you travel in summer time, kindly consider your heat resistance level.
(C) narrow seat
I am just 1.7m tall and my legs are already touching the front seat back. Can’t imagine how the tall guy squeeze into this narrow seat.
Please think twice before your booking. I am totally regret by using their services. Truly hope every travellers have a pleasant journey. I have been so much worse stuff already.

We have become a fan of Flixbus due to its various time options for travelling together with great pricing. The deal was clinched when we received promotional offer on top!

Horrible Travel Experience via FlixBus
I would like to share my horrible travel experience via FlixBus.
First, the bus arrival time at Roermond station delayed seriously for 3 hours with no reason (Original arrival time at 2:25pm). The 081 bus finally arrived Roermond station at 5:10pm, and left the station at 5:20pm. 3 hours had been wasted due to the bus delay.
Secondly, I paid extra cost (€2.98) for seat reservation 10C and 10D, but the seat has been occupied by 1 lady who refused to leave, and no staff were willing to provide support and request the lady to give the seat. At the end, we seat on 5C & 5D.
The bus service is most worst experience in Netherlands.

Worst bus service ever of NO punctuality
Here is my last three experiences with Flixbus
Bus was late for over an hour
Bus did not come at all, had to buy a new ticket
Bus was late for over 3 HOURS, thus made me missed my flight and had to buy a new flight
I would vehemently recommend anyone with a sane mind NEVER use Flixbus services unless you enjoy your trip being ruined and have to spend extra on travelling fee

Booking from Pisa to Rome on 07/Apr. couldn’t been made online from HKG. on 01:30/13/Mar.
Your booking program yet being ready for hundreds of countries on line in where only around 10 European countries & USA available to be served...!!!

cross border trips have a risk that your ticket is not working, and the worse thing is that you didn’t know it until you’re at the bus scanning site, so you’ll be driven back home while paying for nothing:((
