Full of bugs and wrongly charged my card
Quite frustrating to use Gojek as
1. Many glitches, not responding all the time
2. Drivers often refuse to come as it’s too “far away”, as in 7/8 mins. They ask you to cancel it.
3. Even though the app doesn’t appear to have found a driver, it charges you. They did refund but it may reveal potential security issues.
Frustrating overall.

Tolong dong buat go ride jakarta, selalu gk ada kembalian, harusnya siapin uang kecil, jangan setiap mau bayar bingung sama uang kembalian, ujung ujungnya di kasiin semua , maunnya dia saya juga tau , sering banget dapet Yang kaya gini , ongkos 19 ribu uang 50 kaga ada kembalian tuh sering banget , kalau ngasih 5 tips ok la , ini lebih dari ongkos go ride 😫😫😫

Unable to disable unwanted notifications
Not possible to disable notifications that have nothing to do with an order. I get spammed daily by so many useless ads/notifications from the app, but if I disable notifications then I can only disable ALL OF THEM. Terrible way to force stupid ads/promos on your customers.

Inefficient customer service
Left my wallet in the car and 0 response from Gojek. Customer service wouldn’t provide me the drivers number so I could arrange the return of my wallet. Not sure what they are doing now? On grab you automatically have the drivers number and you can arrange an almost immediate delivery, why can you not just give me their number so I can arrange this now??

I have registered go jek for more then a week now ! Still waiting for it to activate ! Why is it so long ? Until now still can’t use yet ? ? It’s been 8 days !!

Go Food Issue
I have try to order for from my hotel Room: when i search i have few restaurant that are at 20 kilometer, when i select different order for a restaurant at 24.3 km.
When i want to confirm the order and have the final Price with delivery i got: can’t calculate Price, the MaxiMun distance of service is 25km.
Same happend with restaurant at 20km

Good apps
Tambahkan apps gojek yang bisa minta bantuan rider untuk bisa kita mintai tolong beliin ini itu selain di mini mart donk misal minta tolong ke warnet untuk printer tugas2 anak sekolah; atau belanja ke supermarket untuk ibu2 muda yang repot mengawasi bayi/balita. Thanks gojek :)
