Do what you want to do and stop listening to those around you. In this episode, I attempt to get the listener to take control of their life and look to the present over the past and or future. The best way of learning is through experience. No one motivator can tell you the right answer because the right answer is different for all of us. In this podcast series, I will attempt to discuss my own path to happiness, that started with simply meditating, and led me, an introvert, to post a video on a podcast. This may not seem like much. I'm not a millionaire selling my services and promising a road to riches if you buy my [insert here - book, 10-week course, etc...]. I am simply an average person, who has found a way to live happily.
